Welcome to ourSelf-Actualisation & Resource
Centre and Six Stage Master Plan for Self Transformation Pt.1
In developing a Master Plan for your future, reflect
on the following
where there is no vision the people perish
there is no short term gain without Long Term
Planning
the best way to predict your future is for
you to design it yourself
Incorporate these three mantras in your Self Actualisation
Programme as you work through the Six Stage Self
Transformation Plan. The six stages are:
1) The Vision Part;
Get a handle on
who, or what you want to become in life. Be Bold.
Think Big.
You have no substitute among the world’s 7
billion people. Only you can do what you, alone, can do. The best way to predict the future is to invent
it." - Alan Kay
2) The Long Term Planning Part;
Write a 25 Year
Transformation Plan in 5 Year compartments to focus
on your:
Intellectual Development
Personal & Family Wealth Creation Programme
Personal Wellness (Quality of Life Programme)
3) The Time specific Part;
Define the major
objective to be achieved in each 5 Year block
4) The Strategising Part;
Define the
specific Action Plans that must be engaged to attain
each 5 Year block but
with special emphasis on the current
5 Year Objective
5) The Work-It Part;
All the Plans in the world will come to naught
if they are not implemented. Start working the
Plan now from where you are with what tools you
have, however limited
6) The Review Part;
Review and roll the 25 Year Plan every 5 years
so that there always is a current 25 Year Plan.
Two Lessons to spur your Success
According to Robert T Kiyosaki of Rich
Dad, Poor Dad fame: (page194)
Failure inspires winners. The same
failure defeats losers. This difference
in response to the same stimulus is the
biggest secret of winners.
Learn
to be inspired by your failure to try smarter
and harder and not to
be defeated by it
You will lose sometimes
If
and when you do, do not lose the lessons Instead,
learn and benefit from
them
in your 25-Year roll over Plan

you in putting the ‘meat on the bones’ of
each of these Six Stages.
We will also be happy to take requests for Speaking Engagements and
Transformational Workshops to elaborate on these Six Stages of Self Transformation

The bottom line
Susan Taylor of In the Spirit fame, Essence
Magazine, March 2003, said it right “We
need to become accountable, and responsible,
not only for who we are now, but also for who
we want to become”
One of, if not the biggest barrier to our transformation
and achievement is the non- recognition that it
is we, ourselves, who must colour our world
according to our own ‘drawing plans’ (design)
and colour scheme. Some people experience negative
circumstances (defeat) in their lives and build
castles of hope and success out of them. Others
meet the same circumstances but, not willing or
able to be inspired by their misfortune, blame
them for the failure(s) in their life. In which group are you?
The Oscar Wilde Perspective
“I like to do all the talking myself. It
saves time and prevents arguments’
(Note:We encourage arguments!
It is out of these that we successfully confront
negative stereotypes and self doubt and challenge
ourselves to see, and become, our best. This way,
both sides grow and are enriched…the Audience & the
Presenter)
