In addition to our two ‘learning centres’ (Investor Education & Resource Centre. and Self- Actualization & Resource Centre) I am pleased to announce that we will take Speaking Engagements. Depending on the focus of the group requesting these engagements, or where such groups do not suggest a specific topic, it is possible that the subject of the Presentation will be influenced by the Essays in these two ‘learning centres’
When requesting an engagement, it might be a good idea to review the titles using the Site Plan in both of these ‘learning centres’
Whereas most or all corporate entities will be asked to pay a speaking fee, church, community groups and service clubs will, more likely, be asked just to cover any costs associated with making the Presentation.

Personal Empowerment

Presentations at these Speaking Engagements will fall into one of two distinct categories i.e. Personal Empowerment or Investor Education & Family Wealth Creation.
Under Personal Empowerment, the objective is to illustrate, through the examples of others, that we, too, can become our Dream. To make this possible, though, each of us must start with a Dream. Where none exists, we will just try to encourage one! See Essay “It Is Possible”

Investor Education & Family Wealth Creation

Here we will emphasize one or any combination of three focuses as follows:

1. Debunk the view that only ‘certain people’ can be wealthy and that these certain people do not include “me”
2. Illustrate that, as all Tuesdays follow a Monday, so, too, there are some universal laws (investing secrets) about the use of money which anyone, rich or poor, (Mississippi Washer Lady Oseola McCartyGladys Holm, Secretary/Genesio Morlacci, part time Janitor) can follow to create personal wealth. Those who don’t employ these secrets remain poor or get poorer. Those who do, remain rich or get richer. It’s like the story of the horse at the well! You can take it there but cannot force it to drink! With people, those who ‘drink’ get richer. Those who do not drink get poorer
3. Show, through easy to understand and follow illustrations, that many ‘small people like me’ have used these  investing secrets to build wealth either through:
1. rental income from owning more than the house they live in
2. dividend income from buying shares in dividend paying companies
3. interest income from lending some of their savings to their own government
4. income from intellectual property rights (entertainment, personal creation like carving etc,

        books, inventions

Presentations for whom?

In the same way that no expert is the repository of all wisdom, so is no individual totally bereft of some knowledge, some aspiration, and a dream for betterment. The difference between the achiever and the non achiever, or the high achiever and the middle achiever, might just be the difference in the timing of the motivation. Some get it during all their lives and become the champions that they are. Others get it later in life after they have lost many of the years that are required for their flower to come to full bloom. Accordingly, it will never be too late to start moving up the ladder of Achievement and Excellence. It is always better late than never.
Accordingly, we believe that these Presentations will have resonance with most audience be they made up of:

1. Employees
2. Service Clubs
3. Church groups
4. Young professionals
5. Community associations
6. Parent Teachers Associations
7. Grand Parents (in respect of their grand children)
8. Professional Membership associations (Doctors, Nurses, Teachers, Soldiers, Police etc)

Presentation Backdrop

No two people are the same. Accordingly, no two people will respond the same way to any one stimulus. I believe, however, that most people will respond to one degree or another to the immortal admonition of one of the world’s great Teachers, the late Dr Benjamin Mays of Morehouse college, Atlanta, Georgia U.S.A. when he told his students:

“It must be bourn in mind that the tragedy in life doesn’t lie I n not reaching your goal. The tragedy lies in having n goal to reach.
It isn’t a calamity to die with dreams unfulfilled; but it is a calamity not to dream.
