It is possible to become your Dream: Part 1
It is possible to become your Dream. This essay demonstrates, through examples of the lives of others, that it can be done if you develop the Vision and cultivate the Passion to become your Dream.
It is possible to become your Dream: Part 2
The great Vincent Van Gogh said “I dream my painting and then I paint my dream” This is the power of conceptualizing and visioning at work. You, too, can become your dream if you follow his example

You already have all you need to Succeed
One characteristic of winners is their ability to imagine themselves at the place where they want to be in life. First they imagine it. Then they pursue it. And all they started out with is their imagination. This essay demonstrates that Imagination is the key to all achievements and that, since everyone was born with it in roughly equal proportions, you too, (in or out of an organization) have roughly the same potential to become the Originator of your next Success Cycle.

If you believe it, you can do it.
Imagining your own success is one thing. Believing that what you have imagined will happen is another. The achievers cited in this essay demonstrate that belief in oneself, or in a concept, a product or a service, is one of, if not the greatest catalyst, in transforming ideas and visions into reality.

There is no substitute for money but, empowering ideas are the new currency of wealth in the Digital Economy.
"The republic is a dream. Nothing happens unless first a dream." – (Carl Sandburg, great American poet)  This essay speaks to the fact that every political, social, product, service or technological revolution (or successful company) started as an idea in somebody’s mind and that those we call Heroes and Innovators are those who were brave enough to have the courage of their idea.  You can become tomorrow’s Hero/Innovator by having the courage of your ideas too.

The best way to predict your future is to design it yourself
The best way to predict the future is to invent it for youreslf. Computer technologist  Alan Kay said this many years ago. There is no divine selection of who succeeds verses who does not. Rather, it’s a question of the choices you make that will determine whether you succeed, or not succeed, in life. George Eliot , English novelist probably said it best "The strongest principle of growth lies in human choice." Some people take the road less chosen. You can too.

I want to see more Millionaires in our communities  Part 1
In some more developed communities there are many millionaires ‘next door’ even if nobody knows that they are. You, too, could be a millionaire next door if you set this as a personal goal. This means seeing life as a “do-it-yourself-project” This essay looks at some strategies for doing this.

"How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve
the world." - Anne Frank 1929-45, diarist, 15 year old WW2 causality
We don’t need just to be the implementers of other people’s world-sweeping movements.
We, too, can start our own movements for the world in the same way that we have given
it a Religion (Rastafarianism) and a music (reggae).
