We know that many of you have all the skill-sets required but have not made the move because you need some hand-holding. Perhaps, many others of you may not yet have all the skills to achieve to your potential but, if you knew where to get the encouragement, you would make the effort to do so. We believe that we, at home and in the Diaspora, can rise up and conquer our mountains of doubts and fears (which are many times self imposed.) If we can find the motivation, we can float to the top like beautiful butterflies as they soar away from the shell of the pupa that formerly encased and kept them imprisoned. We want to help you to break free from ‘your pupa’ and, like the newly freed butterfly, soar to your potential.

We also believe that you, too (both of us in fact) can have all the wealth you desire to live the lifestyle of which you dream. Bernard Edmonds put it well for us. He said “To dream anything that you want to dream, that is the beauty of the human mind. To do anything that you want to do, that is the strength of the human will. To trust yourself, to test your limits, that is the courage to succeed."

There are compelling reasons to agree with Edmonds. We invite you to read, and internalize these Motivational and Wealth-building Essays (over and over again) until you are moved, in fact, feel compelled, either to:

1. Start practicing the tenets of self motivation and wealth creation, or
2.  Re-commit yourself to, and strengthen the initiatives that you may already have started, in these two pursuits.

As Caribbean, and other peoples of the world, lets break, and throw away, the ‘pupa’ that hitherto encased and immobilized our “butterfly”. Lets transform ourselves from mostly consumers who bequeathed nothing, or very little, to our progeny. Then, let’s re-invent ourselves and invoke a new mindset that encourages us to build long term wealth for:

b) Our children, and their children into posterity ……..
